"We held an event here and the food was really good. We had some issues with the speaker and mic because we didn’t book them in advance, so it took a while to get everything work out. Despite that, the place is beautiful both inside and out. Parking is a bit limited, especially for larger events, and some guests had to park outside the restaurant. Overall, it’s still a lovely venue."

"Almost a 5/5! Gotta say, whoever owns the place knows how to bank in their estate. Architecturally, the place reminds me of an old-world spanish colonial house. With its warm wood and marble interior, lighting and location is Ideal for photoshoots. Not to mention, the staircase! It's not often we'll see staircases with señorita steps. This really helps lessen the fatigue when climbing the stairs. With that being said, my party and I booked the smaller event room at the left. Of course, one might think it's too small to hold an event. However, the way they maximized the space to include minimal yet design-appropriate furniture made the room bigger. Let's move on to the food. The food was simply I highly recommend the tomato and basil grilled chicken. I don't know if they have a smoker in their kitchen, but the chicken had a smoky flavor brightened up by the acidity of the tomato and the freshness from the basil. Still, their mushroom soup needed a touch more of pepper and salt to bring out the flavor of the soup. If you're not into any of those two things, have no worries. They seemed to have an assortment of options for meat-lovers and vegetarians alike. In fact, on the second floor, they have a buffet restaurant Still, you would need to arrive early since they have a limited parking space and, because it's directly on the side of the highway, I wouldn't recommend you park outside their gates since it's a towing zone. Overall, despite the nuanced observations of things they could improve on, the place is a wonderful treasure to discover. Can't wait to go back there!"

"First time here and I loved it. The place is cozy, the service is fine, and the owner was very kind to take our photo. The food is a little expensive, but the quality and size (especially the pizza) i think justify the price. I recommend it and will definitely be back!"

"We had a lovely dining experience at Mansion de Bacolod, and it definitely deserves a spot on your Bacolod food trip list! From the moment we arrived, the beautiful heritage-style architecture stood out. The house-turned-restaurant exudes classic Filipino-Spanish charm—with high ceilings, capiz windows, elegant wood details, and a warm, nostalgic vibe that makes you feel right at home. It’s a great place not just for casual dining, but also as a venue for family gatherings, intimate celebrations, and events. As for the food, everything we ordered was thoughtfully prepared and delicious: Family Style Fried Chicken – So tender and juicy! The seasoning was on point—flavorful but not overpowering. Easily one of the best fried chickens I’ve had. Pancit Molo – I thought it would be just your usual molo soup, but it was surprisingly rich, savory, and satisfying. Lengua con Setas – Super tender and creamy. It had that melt-in-your-mouth texture I always look for in lengua. Callos a la Madrileña – I didn’t try it myself, but it looked hearty and came with some bread on the side—great presentation! Finished off the meal with their Black Sambo for dessert. It was made with proper gelatin (not the usual jelly), which gave it a firm, creamy texture. Really brought back good memories. On top of the food and ambiance, the staff were warm and friendly, always ready to assist and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Service was efficient but never rushed. All in all, Mansion de Bacolod is a wonderful mix of comforting food, local heritage, and great hospitality. Highly recommended for both locals and visitors looking to enjoy classic Filipino-Spanish dishes in a beautiful, homey setting."
